TAMI FARRELL
Television personality and actress Tami Farrell is best know for her accomplishments in the world of pageantry. In 2009, she was named the Beauty Ambassador for the state for California and one month later was crowned Miss California USA. A pageant veteran, Tami won the prestigious title of Miss Teen USA in 2003 and was also awarded the title of Miss Congeniality by her peers.
Using her crown as a microphone, Tami partnered up with Project Sunshine, D.A.R.E., Sparrow Clubs, the USO and many other notable charities. She also became the first Youth Spokesperson for the American Heart Association. While reigning as Miss Teen USA, she helped raise over twenty-one million dollars for charity. No teen titleholder to date has been able to match that amount.
As an actress Tami has made appearances on Comedy Centrals Secret Girlfriend, NBC’s Passions, the film Hero in Every Heart, and most recently the short Worst Day Ever, which she wrote, produced and starred in. Tami and her writing partners started The Roosevelt Group, and together have completed three screenplays and a dramatic pilot. They have also written and produced several short films.
Tami has been seen in Seventeen, People, Surfer, Bliss, Prom, Allure, and Teen Vogue magazines as a model. She has been on the cover of Malibu Times and Women’s World, and walked the runways in New York for Fashion Week,
As a singer/songwriter, Tami has preformed on the Cruise for a Cause and recently released her single Bruised on iTunes.
Her infectious personality has lead to many amazing hosting opportunities. Recently, she co-hosted NBC’s pilot Anything for You, and earlier this year she worked on FOX as a model for Million Dollar Money Drop.
Tami currently resides in Los Angeles. With a passion for philanthropy, she volunteers her time with The Art of Elysium and Sparrow Clubs. She is a newly wed, and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Buttercup and Ace.
